Paeonia officinalis Retz.
Comes from Switzerland, Italy and Tyrol. It reaches a height of 60-80 cm.The leaves are pinnate, with 1-1,25 cm wide covered parts. The fruit is mossy. It flowers 14 days earlier than P.albiflora, mostly in red colors. It is widely spread in gardens.
